अफजल खां और शिवाजी 

1 नवम्बर 1656 को बीजापुर के सुल्तान आदिलशाह की मृत्यु हो गई . इससे बीजापुर में अराजकता का माहौल पैदा हो गया . इस स्थिति का लाभ उठाकर औरंगजेब ने बीजापुर पर आक्रमण कर दिया और शिवाजी ने औरंगजेब का साथ देने की बजाय उस पर धावा बोल दिया . फलस्वरूप औरंगजेब शिवाजी से खफ़ा हो गये , और शाहजहाँ के आदेश पर औरंगजेब ने बीजापुर के साथ संधि कर ली . इस दौरान शाहजहाँ बीमार पड़ गये . इसलिये औरंगजेब वापस उत्तर भारत चले गये औरंगजेब के आगरा लौटने के बाद बीजापुर के सुल्तान आदिलशाह द्वितीय ने भी राहत की सांस ली . अब शिवाजी ही बीजापुर के सबसे प्रबल शत्रु रह गये थे . सुल्तान ने शाहजी को अपने पुत्र को नियंत्रण में रखने को कहा था . पर शाहजी ने इसमें अपनी असमर्थता जाहिर कर दी थी . शिवाजी को समाप्त के लिए बीजापुर के सुल्तान आदिलशाह की विधवा बेगम ने अफ़ज़ल खाँ ( अब्दुल्लाह भटारी ) को शिवाजी के विरुद्ध भेजा . अफ़जल खाँ ने बारुद असले व घुड़सवारों से सुसजित विशाल सेना के साथ 1659 में कूच किया . अफ़जल रास्ते में लूटपाट करता हुआ प्रतापगढ़ पहुंचे . शिवा जी का खून खौल उठा पर वो जानते थे कि , उनकी सैन्य क्षमता सीमित है . अत : उन्होंने कूटनीति का परिचय दिया और मौन साधे रखा . अफजल खाँ ही उनके पिता को बंदी बनाने तथा भाई संभाजी की मौत का सूत्रधार था . अफजल खाँ जे शिवाजी के पास सन्धि - वार्ता के लिए अपने दूत कृष्णाजी भास्कर के साथ मैत्री का सन्देश भेजा . उसने उसके मार्फत ये संदेश भिजवाया कि , अगर शिवाजी बीजापुर की अधीनता स्वीकार कर ले , तो सुल्तान उसे उन सभी क्षेत्रों का अधिकार दे देंगे जो शिवाजी के नियंत्रण में थे . साथ ही शिवाजी को बीजापुर के दरबार में एक सम्मानित पद प्राप्त होगा.शिवाजी के मंत्री व सलाहकार इस संधि के पक्ष में थे . पर शिवाजी को ये बात रास नहीं आरही थी .  उन्होंने कृष्णाजी भास्कर को उचित सम्मान देकर अपने दरबार में रख लिया और अपने दूत गोपीनाथ को वस्तुस्थिति का जायजा लेने अफजल खाँ के पास भेजा . गोपीनाथ और कृष्णाजी भास्कर से शिवाजी को लगा कि सन्धि का घडयंत्र रचकर अफजल खाँ शिवाजी को बन्दी बनाना चाहता है . शिवाजी ने भी कूटनीति का उत्तर कूटनीति से देते हुए अफजल खाँ को एक बहुमूल्य उपहार भेजे . और इस तरह अफजल खाँ से सन्धि वार्ता के लिए तैयार हो गये .10 नवमबर 1659 को अफ़जल खाँ अपनी सेना के साथ वार्ता स्थल पर पहुँच गये , शिवाजी से प्रेम करने वाले उनके देशभक्त साथी अन्य सेनापति आदि शिवाजी की सुरक्षा को लेकर बहुत चिंतित थे . परन्तु शिवाजी के हृदय में तो स्वराज्य को सुदृढ़ करने का निश्चय था . शिवाजी ने अपना जिरह वरतर , कुर्ता और अंगरखा धारण किये . तथा सर पर बरतर धारण कर टोपी पहनी , अपने एक हाथ में बघनखा धारण किया और अफजल खाँ से मिलने चल दिये.धूर्त अफजल खाँ ने शिवाजी को गले मिलने का न्यौता दिया . लम्चे भीमकाय शारीर वाले अफजल खाँ ने कंधे तक पहुँचने वाले शिवाजी की गर्दन अपनी बगल में दबाकर पेट में कटार मारने वाला ही थे कि , पलभर में शिवाजी ने बांये हाथ में छुपाए बाघनख से खान का पैट फाड़ दिया और मार दिया . अफजल खाँ की मौत का इशारा मिलते ही तैयार खड़ी मावली सेना ने मोरोपन्त पिंगले और नेताजी पालकर के नेतृत्व में खान की फौज पर आक्रमण कर दिया . और बौखलायी हुई सेना को खुले युद्ध में परास्त किया . और जो सामान अफजल खाँ ने प्रतापगढ़ आते हुए लूटा था , वो अपने क जे में कर लिया.शिवाजी महाराज ने अदम्य साहस , अचूक योजना , अनूठी सूझ - बूझ से एक कपटी सरदार और उसकी फ़ौज का अंत कर दिया .

Afzal Khan and Shivaji 

Sultan of Bijapur Adilshah died on 1 November 1656,  .  This created an atmosphere of anarchy in Bijapur.  Taking advantage of this situation, Aurangzeb attacked Bijapur and Shivaji attacked him instead of supporting Aurangzeb.  As a result, Aurangzeb became angry with Shivaji, and on the orders of Shah Jahan, Aurangzeb made a treaty with Bijapur.  During this time Shah Jahan fell ill.  Therefore, Aurangzeb went back to North India. After Aurangzeb returned to Agra, Sultan Adilshah II of Bijapur also breathed a sigh of relief.  Now Shivaji was the most powerful enemy of Bijapur.  The Sultan asked Shahaji to keep his son under control.  But Shahaji had expressed his inability to do this.  To eliminate Shivaji, Begum, widow of Sultan Adilshah of Bijapur sent Afzal Khan (Abdullah Bhatari) against Shivaji.  Afzal Khan traveled in 1659 with a huge army equipped with gunpowder and horsemen.  Afzal reached Pratapgad looting on the way.  Shiva ji's blood boiled but he knew that his military capability was limited.  Therefore, he introduced diplomacy and kept silent.  Afzal Khan was the architect of the arrest of his father and the death of brother Sambhaji.  Afzal Khan sent a message of friendship to Shivaji with his messenger Krishnaji Bhaskar for a negotiation.  Through this he sent the message that, if Shivaji accepts the subjugation of Bijapur, the Sultan will give him the right to all the areas which were under Shivaji's control.  At the same time, Shivaji will get an honored position in the court of Bijapur. Shivaji's ministers and advisors were in favor of this treaty.  But Shivaji did not like this thing.  He gave proper respect to Krishnaji Bhaskar and kept it in his court and sent his messenger Gopinath to Afzal Khan to take stock of the situation.  Shivaji felt from Gopinath and Krishnaji Bhaskar that Afzal Khan wanted to imprison Shivaji by building a sandwiches.  Shivaji also sent a valuable gift to Afzal Khan, giving a reply to diplomacy.  And thus the treaty with Afzal Khan was ready for negotiation. On November 10, 1659, Afzal Khan reached the negotiating ground with his army, his patriotic comrades who loved Shivaji were very concerned about the safety of the other commander, Adi Shivaji.  But in the heart of Shivaji, it was decided to strengthen Swarajya.  Shivaji wore his cross-dressing, kurta and tunic.  And wearing a cap on his head, wearing a baghankha in one hand and went to meet Afzal Khan. The scolded Afzal Khan invited Shivaji to hug him.  Afzal Khan, who had a lofty body, was about to hit the stomach by pressing the neck of Shivaji, who reached the shoulder, in his armpit, in a moment, Shivaji tore and killed Khan's pat with a hide in his left hand.  As soon as the hint of the death of Afzal Khan was ready, the standing Mavali army attacked Khan's army under the leadership of Moropant Pingale and Netaji Palkar.  And defeated the disoriented army in open war.  And the stuff that Afzal Khan looted while coming to Pratapgarh, he did it in his possession. Shivaji Maharaj put an end to an insidious chieftain and his army with indomitable courage, unmistakable plan, unique wisdom.

शिवाजी की सहनशीलता 

वीर मराठा छत्रपति शिवाजी अपने शत्रुओं को क्षमा दान देने के लिए काफी प्रसिद्ध है । ऐसी ही एक घटना है । एक बार शिवाजी अपने शयनकक्ष में सो रहे थे । रात का समय था । एक चौदह वर्ष का बालक किसी तरह छुपकर उनके शयनकक्ष में जा पहुँचा । वह शिवाजी को मारने आया था । लेकिन शिवाजी के विश्वस्त सेनापति तानाजी ने उसे पहले ही देख लिया था । लेकिन फिर भी उन्होंने उसे जाने दिया । वह जानना चाहते थे कि आखिर यह लड़का क्या करने आया है ! उस लड़के ने तलवार निकाली और शिवाजी पर चलाने ही वाला था कि पीछे से तानाजी ने उसका हाथ पकड़ लिया । इतने में शिवाजी की भी नींद टूट गई ।उन्होंने उस बालक से पूछा कि तुम कौन हो और यहाँ क्यों आये हो ? उस बालक ने निडरता पूर्वक बताया कि उसका नाम मालोजी है और वह शिवाजी की हत्या करने आया था ।जब शिवाजी ने उससे कारण पूछा तो उसने बताया कि “ मैं एक गरीब घर से हूँ तथा मेरी माँ कई दिनों से भूरवी है । इसलिए अगर मैं आपकी हत्या कर दूँ तो आपका शत्रु सुभाग राय मुझे बहुत सारा धन देगा ।यह सुनकर तानाजी गुस्से में बोले - “ मुर्ख बालक ! धन से लोभ से तू छत्रपति शिवाजी का वध करने आया है ! अब मरने के लिए तैयार हो जा ? " इतने में मालोजी शिवाजी से बोला - " महाराज ! मैंने आपका वध करने की कोशिश की अत : निसंदेह मैं दण्ड के योग्य हूँ , लेकिन कृपा करके मुझे अभी के लिए जाने दीजिये । मेरी माँ भूरवी है वह जल्द ही मर जाएगी । माँ का आशीर्वाद लेकर मैं सुबह आपके सामने उपस्थित हो जाऊंगा । " बालक की बातें सुनकर तानाजी बोले - " हम तेरी बातो के धोखे में आने वाले नहीं है , दुष्ट बालक ! " बालक मालोजी बोला - " मैं एक मराठा हूँ सेनापति महोदय ! और आप बखूबी जानते हो कि मराठा कभी झूठ नहीं बोलते । ” इतना सुनकर शिवाजी ने उस बालक को जाने दिया ।दुसरे दिन सुबह जब राजदरबार में छत्रपति शिवाजी महाराज सिंहासन पर बैठे थे । तभी द्वारपाल एक सन्देश लेकर आया कि एक बालक महाराज से मिलना चाहता है । जब उसे अन्दर बुलाया गया तो यह वही बालक था जिसे कल रात शिवाजी ने माँ का आशीर्वाद लेने जाने दिया था ।महाराज के सामने आकर बालक बोला- “ मैं आपका अपराधी महाराज ! आपकी उदारता के लिए आपका आभार व्यक्त करता हूँ । आप जो चाहे दण्ड दे सकते है । " शिवाजी ने सिंहासन से उठकर उस बालक को गले लगाते हुए कहा - तुम जैसे सच्चे मराठाओं को अगर मृत्यु दण्ड दे देंगे तो फिर जिन्दा किसे रखेंगे ? आजसे तुम हमारी सेना के सैनिक हो । " छत्रपति ने उसे बहुत सारा धन दिया तथा उसकी माँ की चिकित्सा के लिए राज वैद्य को भेजा गया ।

        Tolerance of Shivaji

 Veer Maratha Chhatrapati Shivaji is quite famous for giving forgiveness to his enemies.  One such incident.  Once Shivaji was sleeping in his bedroom.  It was night time .  A fourteen-year-old boy somehow managed to hide in his bedroom.  He came to kill Shivaji.  But Shivaji's trusted commander Tanaji had already seen it.  But still they let him go.  He wanted to know what this boy had come to do!  The boy took out the sword and was about to run on Shivaji that Tanaji grabbed his hand from behind.  During this, Shivaji also got sleepy. He asked that boy, who are you and why did you come here?  The child fearlessly told him that his name is Maloji and that he had come to kill Shivaji. When Shivaji asked him the reason, he said that "I am from a poor house and my mother has been bhurvi for many days."  Therefore, if I kill you, your enemy Subhag Rai will give me a lot of money. Hearing this, Tanaji angrily said - “Foolish boy!  Out of greed with money, you have come to kill Chhatrapati Shivaji!  Now ready to die?  "Then Maloji said to Shivaji -" Maharaj!  I tried to kill you, so of course I am worthy of punishment, but please let me go for now.  My mother is bhurvi she will die soon.  Taking the blessings of mother, I will appear before you in the morning.  Tanaji said after listening to the child's words - "We are not going to deceive you, wicked child!"  "Child Maloji said -" I am a Maratha commander sir!  And you know very well that Marathas never lie.  Hearing this, Shivaji let the child go. On the second morning, when Chhatrapati Shivaji Maharaj was seated on the throne in the court.  Then the gatekeeper brought a message that a child wants to meet the king.  When he was called in, it was the same boy whom Shivaji had allowed last night to take his mother's blessing. The boy came in front of Maharaj and said, "I am your criminal chef!  I thank you for your generosity.  You can punish whatever you want.  "Shivaji got up from the throne and hugged the child and said - If you punish the true Marathas like you, then who will be alive? From now on you are soldiers of our army." Chhatrapati gave him a lot of money and his mother  Raj Vaidya was sent for medical treatment.

एक पुलिस अधिकारी और कुछ सिपाही उत्तर प्रदेश की बरेली जेल में हथकडि़यों और बेडि़यों से जकड़े एक तेजस्वी युवक को समझा रहे थे, ‘‘कुँअर साहब, हमने आपको बहुत समय दे दिया है। अच्छा है कि अब आप अपने क्रान्तिकारी साथियों के नाम हमें बता दें। इससे सरकार आपको न केवल छोड़ देगी, अपितु पुरस्कार भी देगी। इससे आपका शेष जीवन सुख से बीतेगा।’’

उस युवक का नाम था प्रताप सिंह बारहठ। वे राजस्थान की शाहपुरा रियासत के प्रख्यात क्रान्तिकारी केसरी सिंह बारहठ के पुत्र थे। प्रताप के चाचा जोरावर सिंह भी क्रान्तिकारी गतिविधियों में सक्रिय थे।वे रासबिहारी बोस की योजना से राजस्थान में क्रान्तिकार्य कर रहे थे। इस प्रकार उनका पूरा परिवार ही देश की स्वाधीनता के लिए समर्पित था।

पुलिस अधिकारी की बात सुनकर प्रताप सिंह हँसे और बोले, ‘‘मौत भी मेरी जुबान नहीं खुलवा सकती। हम सरकारी फैक्ट्री में ढले हुए सामान्य मशीन के पुर्जे नहीं हैं। यदि आप मुझसे यह आशा कर रहे हैं कि मैं मौत से बचने के लिए अपने साथियों के गले में फन्दा डलवा दूँगा, तो आपकी यह आशा व्यर्थ है। सरकार के गुलाम होने के कारण आप सरकार का हित ही चाहंेगे; पर हम क्रान्तिकारी तो उसकी जड़ उखाड़कर ही दम लेंगे।’’

पुलिस अधिकारी ने फिर समझाया, ‘‘हम आपकी वीरता के प्रशंसक हैं; पर यदि आप अपने साथियों के नाम बता देंगे, तो हम आपके आजन्म कालेपानी की सजा पाये पिता को भी मुक्त करा देंगे और आपके चाचा के विरुद्ध चल रहे सब मुकदमे भी उठा लेंगे।  सोचिये, इससे आपकी माता और परिवारजनों को कितना सुख मिलेगा ?’’

प्रताप ने सीना चैड़ाकर उच्च स्वर में कहा, ‘‘वीर की मुक्ति समरभूमि में होती है। यदि आप सचमुच मुझे मुक्त करना चाहते हैं, तो मेरे हाथ में एक तलवार दीजिये। फिर चाहे जितने लोग आ जायें। आप देखेंगे कि मेरी तलवार कैसे काई की तरह अंग्रेजी नौकरशाहों को फाड़ती है। जहाँ तक मेरी माँ की बात है, अभी तो वह अकेले ही दुःख भोग रही हैं; पर यदि मैं अपने साथियों के नाम बता दूँगा, तो उन सबकी माताएँ भी ऐसा ही दुख पायेंगी।’’

प्रताप सिंह लार्ड हार्डिंग की शोभायात्रा पर फंेके गये बमकांड में पकड़े गये थे। इस कांड में उनके साथ कुछ अन्य क्रान्तिकारी भी थे। पहले उन्हें आजीवन कालेपानी की सजा दी गयी; पर फिर उसे मृत्युदंड में बदल दिया गया। फाँसी के लिए उन्हें बरेली जेल में लाया गया था। वहाँ दबाव डालकर उनसे अन्य साथियों के बारे में जानने का प्रयास पुलिस अधिकारी कर रहे थे।

जब जेल अधिकारियों ने देखा कि प्रताप सिंह किसी भी तरह मुँह खोलने को तैयार नहीं हैं, तो उन पर दमनचक्र चलने लगा। उन्हें बर्फ की सिल्ली पर लिटाया गया। मिर्चों की धूनी उनकी नाक और आँखों में दी गयी। बेहोश होने तक कोड़ों के निर्मम प्रहार किये गये। होश में आते ही फिर यह सिलसिला शुरू हो जाता।लगातार कई दिन पर उन्हें भूखा-प्यासा रखा गया। उनकी खाल को जगह-जगह से जलाया गया। फिर उसमें नमक भरा गया; पर आन के धनी प्रताप सिंह ने मुँह नहीं खोला।

लेकिन 25 वर्षीय उस युवक का शरीर यह अमानवीय यातनाएँ कब तक सहता ? 27 मई, 1918 को उनके प्राण इस देहरूपी पिंजरे को छोड़कर अनन्त में विलीन हो गये।

 A police officer and some soldiers were explaining to a stunning young man in Uttar Pradesh's Bareilly Jail with handcuffs and fetters, "Kunwar sir, we have given you a lot of time."  It is good that you tell us the names of your revolutionary colleagues.  With this, the government will not only leave you, but also give rewards.  This will make the rest of your life happy. "

 The name of that young man was Pratap Singh Baruth.  He was the son of eminent revolutionary Kesari Singh Barhat of the princely state of Shahpura in Rajasthan.  Pratap's uncle Zorawar Singh was also active in revolutionary activities. He was doing revolution in Rajasthan under the plan of Rasbihari Bose.  Thus his entire family was devoted to the independence of the country.

 Listening to the police officer, Pratap Singh laughed and said, "Even death cannot open my tongue."  We are not parts of common machine molded in a government factory.  If you are expecting me to put a trap in the neck of my colleagues to avoid death, then this hope of yours is futile.  Because of being a slave of the government, you will only want the interest of the government;  But if we are revolutionary, we will die only by uprooting it. "

 The police officer then explained, "We admire your valor;  But if you will tell the names of your colleagues, then we will also free your father who has been sentenced for his black birth and will take all the cases against your uncle.  Think, how much happiness your mother and family will get from this? "

 Pratap chanted Sina and said in a loud voice, "The salvation of the hero is in the Samarbhoomi.  If you really want to free me, then give me a sword.  Then as many people may come.  You will see how my sword tore up English bureaucrats like Kai.  As far as my mother is concerned, she is alone suffering now;  But if I tell the names of my companions, then their mothers will also get the same sorrow. "

 Pratap Singh was caught in a bombing on Lord Hardinge's procession.  He was accompanied by some other revolutionaries in this scandal.  At first he was sentenced to life in black;  But he was then commuted to the death penalty.  He was brought to Bareilly jail for execution.  Police officers were trying to find out about other colleagues by pressuring them there.

 When the jail officials noticed that Pratap Singh was not ready to open his face in any way, he started running a repression cycle.  They were laid on ice blocks.  Chilli fumigation was given to his nose and eyes.  The ruthless blows of the whips were done until he fainted.  This process would start again as soon as he came to his senses. For many days, he was kept hungry and thirsty.  Their skins were burnt from place to place.  Then salt was filled in it;  But Aan's rich Pratap Singh did not open his mouth.

 But how long did the body of the 25-year-old bear this inhuman torture?  On 27 May 1918, his soul left this dehrupi cage and merged into eternal life.

सत्यम शिवम सुंदरम
'यह पथ सनातन है। समस्त देवता और मनुष्य इसी मार्ग से पैदा हुए हैं तथा प्रगति की है। हे मनुष्यों आप अपने उत्पन्न होने की आधाररूपा अपनी माता को विनष्ट न करें।'- (ऋग्वेद-3-18-1)
सनातन का अर्थ है जो शाश्वत हो, सदा के लिए सत्य हो। जिन बातों का शाश्वत महत्व हो वही सनातन कही गई है। जैसे सत्य सनातन है। ईश्वर ही सत्य है, आत्मा ही सत्य है, मोक्ष ही सत्य है और इस सत्य के मार्ग को बताने वाला धर्म ही सनातन धर्म भी सत्य है। वह सत्य जो अनादि काल से चला आ रहा है और जिसका कभी भी अंत नहीं होगा वह ही सनातन या शाश्वत है। जिनका न प्रारंभ है और जिनका न अंत है उस सत्य को ही सनातन कहते हैं। यही सनातन धर्म का सत्य है।
वैदिक या हिंदू धर्म को इसलिए सनातन धर्म कहा जाता है, क्योंकि यही एकमात्र धर्म है जो ईश्वर, आत्मा और मोक्ष को तत्व और ध्यान से जानने का मार्ग बताता है। मोक्ष का कांसेप्ट इसी धर्म की देन है। एकनिष्ठता, ध्यान, मौन और तप सहित यम-नियम के अभ्यास और जागरण का मोक्ष मार्ग है अन्य कोई मोक्ष का मार्ग नहीं है। मोक्ष से ही आत्मज्ञान और ईश्वर का ज्ञान होता है। यही सनातन धर्म का सत्य है।

सनातन धर्म के मूल तत्व सत्य, अहिंसा, दया, क्षमा, दान, जप, तप, यम-नियम आदि हैं जिनका शाश्वत महत्व है। अन्य प्रमुख धर्मों के उदय के पूर्व वेदों में इन सिद्धान्तों को प्रतिपादित कर दिया गया था।

।।ॐ।।असतो मा सदगमय, तमसो मा ज्योर्तिगमय, मृत्योर्मा अमृतं गमय।।- वृहदारण्य उपनिषद
भावार्थ : अर्थात हे ईश्वर मुझे असत्य से सत्य की ओर ले चलो, अंधकार से प्रकाश की ओर ले चलो। मृत्यु से अमृत की ओर ले चलो।

जो लोग उस परम तत्व परब्रह्म परमेश्वर को नहीं मानते हैं वे असत्य में गिरते हैं। असत्य से मृत्युकाल में अनंत अंधकार में पड़ते हैं। उनके जीवन की गाथा भ्रम और भटकाव की ही गाथा सिद्ध होती है। वे कभी अमृत्व को प्राप्त नहीं होते। मृत्यु आए इससे पहले ही सनातन धर्म के सत्य मार्ग पर आ जाने में ही भलाई है। अन्यथा अनंत योनियों में भटकने के बाद प्रलयकाल के अंधकार में पड़े रहना पड़ता है।

।।ॐ।। पूर्णमद: पूर्णमिदं पूर्णात् पूर्णमुदच्यते। पूर्णस्य पूर्णमादाय पूर्णमेवावशिष्यते।।- ईश उपनिषद
भावार्थ : सत्य दो धातुओं से मिलकर बना है सत् और तत्। सत का अर्थ यह और तत का अर्थ वह। दोनों ही सत्य है। अहं ब्रह्मास्मी और तत्वमसि। अर्थात मैं ही ब्रह्म हूँ और तुम ही ब्रह्म हो। यह संपूर्ण जगत ब्रह्ममय है। ब्रह्म पूर्ण है। यह जगत् भी पूर्ण है। पूर्ण जगत् की उत्पत्ति पूर्ण ब्रह्म से हुई है। पूर्ण ब्रह्म से पूर्ण जगत् की उत्पत्ति होने पर भी ब्रह्म की पूर्णता में कोई न्यूनता नहीं आती। वह शेष रूप में भी पूर्ण ही रहता है। यही सनातन सत्य है।

जो तत्व सदा, सर्वदा, निर्लेप, निरंजन, निर्विकार और सदैव स्वरूप में स्थित रहता है उसे सनातन या शाश्वत सत्य कहते हैं। वेदों का ब्रह्म और गीता का स्थितप्रज्ञ ही शाश्वत सत्य है। जड़, प्राण, मन, आत्मा और ब्रह्म शाश्वत सत्य की श्रेणी में आते हैं। सृष्टि व ईश्वर (ब्रह्म) अनादि, अनंत, सनातन और सर्वविभु हैं।

जड़ पांच तत्व से दृश्यमान है- आकाश, वायु, जल, अग्नि और पृथ्वी। यह सभी शाश्वत सत्य की श्रेणी में आते हैं। यह अपना रूप बदलते रहते हैं किंतु समाप्त नहीं होते। प्राण की भी अपनी अवस्थाएं हैं: प्राण, अपान, समान और यम। उसी तरह आत्मा की अवस्थाएं हैं: जाग्रत, स्वप्न, सुसुप्ति और तुर्या। ज्ञानी लोग ब्रह्म को निर्गुण और सगुण कहते हैं। उक्त सारे भेद तब तक विद्यमान रहते हैं जब तक ‍कि आत्मा मोक्ष प्राप्त न कर ले। यही सनातन धर्म का सत्य है।

ब्रह्म महाआकाश है तो आत्मा घटाकाश। आत्मा का मोक्ष परायण हो जाना ही ब्रह्म में लीन हो जाना है इसीलिए कहते हैं कि ब्रह्म सत्य है जगत मिथ्‍या यही सनातन सत्य है। और इस शाश्वत सत्य को जानने या मानने वाला ही सनातनी कहलाता है।

हिंदुत्व : ईरानी अर्थात पारस्य देश के पारसियों की धर्म पुस्तक 'अवेस्ता' में 'हिन्दू' और 'आर्य' शब्द का उल्लेख मिलता है। दूसरी ओर अन्य इतिहासकारों का मानना है कि चीनी यात्री हुएनसांग के समय में हिंदू शब्द की उत्पत्ति ‍इंदु से हुई थी। इंदु शब्द चंद्रमा का पर्यायवाची है। भारतीय ज्योतिषीय गणना का आधार चंद्रमास ही है। अत: चीन के लोग भारतीयों को 'इन्तु' या 'हिंदू' कहने लगे। कुछ विद्वान कहते हैं कि हिमालय से हिन्दू शब्द की उत्पत्ति हुई है। हिन्दू कुश पर्वत इसका उदाहरण है। हिन्दू शब्द कोई अप्रभंश शब्द नहीं है अन्यथा सिंधु नदि को भी हिन्दू नहीं कहा जाता।

आर्यत्व : आर्य समाज के लोग इसे आर्य धर्म कहते हैं, जबकि आर्य किसी जाति या धर्म का नाम न होकर इसका अर्थ सिर्फ श्रेष्ठ ही माना जाता है। अर्थात जो मन, वचन और कर्म से श्रेष्ठ है वही आर्य है। बौद्ध धर्म के चार आर्य सत्य का अर्थ चार श्रेष्ठ सत्य ही होता है। बुद्ध कहते हैं कि उक्त श्रेष्ठ व शाश्वत सत्य को जानकर आष्टांगिक मार्ग का अनुसरण करना ही 'एस धम्मो सनंतनो' अर्थात यही है सनातन धर्म।

इस प्रकार आर्य धर्म का अर्थ श्रेष्ठ समाज का धर्म ही होता है। प्राचीन भारत को आर्यावर्त भी कहा जाता था जिसका तात्पर्य श्रेष्ठ जनों के निवास की भूमि था।

सनातन मार्ग : विज्ञान जब प्रत्येक वस्तु, विचार और तत्व का मूल्यांकन करता है तो इस प्रक्रिया में धर्म के अनेक विश्वास और सिद्धांत धराशायी हो जाते हैं। विज्ञान भी सनातन सत्य को पकड़ने में अभी तक कामयाब नहीं हुआ है किंतु वेदांत में उल्लेखित जिस सनातन सत्य की महिमा का वर्णन किया गया है विज्ञान धीरे-धीरे उससे सहमत होता नजर आ रहा है।

हमारे ऋषि-मुनियों ने ध्यान और मोक्ष की गहरी अवस्था में ब्रह्म, ब्रह्मांड और आत्मा के रहस्य को जानकर उसे स्पष्ट तौर पर व्यक्त किया था। वेदों में ही सर्वप्रथम ब्रह्म और ब्रह्मांड के रहस्य पर से पर्दा हटाकर 'मोक्ष' की धारणा को प्रतिपादित कर उसके महत्व को समझाया गया था। मोक्ष के बगैर आत्मा की कोई गति नहीं इसीलिए ऋषियों ने मोक्ष के मार्ग को ही सनातन मार्ग माना है।

मोक्ष का मार्ग : धर्म, अर्थ, काम, मोक्ष में मोक्ष अंतिम लक्ष्य है। यम, नियम, अभ्यास और जागरण से ही मोक्ष मार्ग पुष्ट होता है। जन्म और मृत्यु मिथ्‍या है। जगत भ्रमपूर्ण है। ब्रह्म और मोक्ष ही सत्य है। मोक्ष से ही ब्रह्म हुआ जा सकता है। इसके अलावा स्वयं के अस्तित्व को कायम करने का कोई उपाय नहीं। ब्रह्म के प्रति ही समर्पित रहने वाले को ब्राह्मण और ब्रह्म को जानने वाले को ब्रह्मर्षि और ब्रह्म को जानकर ब्रह्ममय हो जाने वाले को ही ब्रह्मलीन कहते हैं।

विरोधाभासी नहीं है सनातन धर्म :
सनातन धर्म के सत्य को जन्म देने वाले अलग-अलग काल में अनेक ऋषि हुए हैं। उक्त ऋषियों को दृष्टा कहा जाता है। अर्थात जिन्होंने सत्य को जैसा देखा, वैसा कहा। इसीलिए सभी ऋषियों की बातों में एकरूपता है। जो उक्त ऋषियों की बातों को नहीं समझ पाते वही उसमें भेद करते हैं। भेद भाषाओं में होता है, अनुवादकों में होता है, संस्कृतियों में होता है, परम्पराओं में होता है, सिद्धांतों में होता है, लेकिन सत्य में नहीं।

वेद कहते हैं ईश्वर अजन्मा है। उसे जन्म लेने की आवश्यकता नहीं, उसने कभी जन्म नहीं लिया और वह कभी जन्म नहीं लेगा। ईश्वर तो एक ही है लेकिन देवी-देवता या भगवान अनेक हैं। उस एक को छोड़कर उक्त अनेक के आधार पर नियम, पूजा, तीर्थ आदि कर्मकांड को सनातन धर्म का अंग नहीं माना जाता। यही सनातन सत्य है।

 'This path is eternal. All deities and humans have been born and progressed by this path. O humans, do not intimate your mother's base.'- (Rigveda-3-18-1) Sanatan means the meaning of eternal, forever. The eternal importance of things has been said. Like truth is eternal. God is the truth, the soul is true, the sacrifice is true and the religion that tells the path of this truth is also true Sanatan religion. The truth that is coming from the anonymity and which will never end, it is eternal or eternal. Those who do not start and those truths are called Sanatan only. This is the truth of Sanatan religion. Vedic or Hinduism is therefore called Sanatan Dharma, because this is the only religion that tells God, soul and salvation to know the path and carefully. The concept of salvation is the same religion. There is no way of salvation and any other salvation of the practice and Jagaran route, including concern, meditation, silence and tenacity. It is knowledge of enlightenment and God from salvation. This is the truth of Sanatan religion. The basic elements of Sanatan religion are true, non-violence, mercy, forgiveness, donation, chanting, tenacity, yam rules etc. which have eternal significance. These principles were revealed in the emergence of other major religions. .... Take the nectar from death. Those who do not believe in that ultimate element to God, they fall into untrue. Infinite darkness in the death penalty. The saga of his life proves the saga of confusion and disguise. They never receive umbrella. Even before death, it is good to come to the truth path of Sanatan Dharma. Otherwise, after wandering in infinite vagents, it has to be lying in the darkness. .. .. Full Mud: Full Full Full Mudrance Full-complete full-time full. - Ish Ushanadharad Meantha: The truth is made up of two metals and the truth. The meaning of Sat and meaning it. Both are true. Ego Brahmosmi and Philosophy That is, I am Brahma and you are Brahma. This is the whole world. Brahma is full. This world is also full. The origin of the whole world is full of Brahma. Even if there is a complete world's origin, there is no defense in the perfection of Brahma. He remains completely in the remaining form. This is the eternal truth. The elements which are always located in the format, is always located in the format, is called Sanatan or eternal truth. Vedas's Brahma and Geeta's vitality is the eternal truth. Roots, Prana, Mind, Spirit and Brahma come under the category of eternal truth. Creation and God (Brahma) are eternal, infinite, eternal and all. The root is visible with five elements - sky, air, water, fire and earth. It comes in the category of all eternal truths. It changes its form but do not end. Prana also has their states: Prana, Apne, Equal and Yama. Similarly, the states of the soul: awake, dream, hope and trim. The wise people call Brahma Nirguna and Sagun. All the distinctions exist as they exist until the soul does not get salvation. This is the truth of Sanatan religion. Brahma is the Maha Prakash, then the soul digest. The salvation of the soul is to be absorbed in Brahma. That is why Brahma is the truth. This is the miserable truth. And this eternal truth is called the person to know or accept. Hindutva: Iranian i.e., the word 'Hindu' and 'Arya' get the word 'Hindu' and 'Arya' in the religion book of the country's parrise. On the other hand, other historians believe that the Chinese passenger was the origin of the Hindu term in the time of the passenger. Indu word is synonymous with the moon. The basis of Indian astrological calculation is Chandramas. Therefore, people of China began to say Indians 'Idu' or 'Hindu'. Some scholars say that the word Hindu has originated from the Himalayas. Hindu Kush Mountain is an example. Hindu words are not a unmasked word otherwise Indus Nadi is not called Hindu. Arypeat: People of Arya Society are called Arya Dharma, while Arya is not only considered as the meaning of no caste or religion. That is, the one who is best of mind, word and karma is the same Arya. Four Arya truths of Buddhism are the only good truth. Buddha says that to follow the eternal route by knowing the above best and eternal truth, 'S Dhammo Sananto' means that Sanatan Religion. Thus the meaning of Arya religion is the religion of the best society. Ancient India was also called Aryavarta, which implied the land of the best people. Sanatan route: When everything evaluates everything, thought and element, many beliefs and principles of religion are dashed. Science has not yet been successful in catching Sanatan Satya, but the glory of the eternal truth that has been described in Vedanta is gradually seen to agree. Our sage-monks had clearly expressed it by knowing the mystery of Brahma, the universe and the soul in the deep stage of Meditation and Moksha. In the Vedas, first of all, removing the curtain from the secret of Brahma and the universe, the importance of 'salvation' was explained to its importance. There is no speed of the soul without salvation, so the Rishans have considered the route of salvation. Moksha route: Religion, meaning, work, salvation is the ultimate goal. Yum, Rule, Practice and Jagaran are athletic. Birth and death are false. The world is confused. Brahma and salvation are true. Brahma can be brahma only. Apart from this, there is no way to maintain itself's existence. Brahmani, who knows Brahmins and Brahma to know the Brahman's only one dedicated to Brahman, is called Brahmani. Sanatan Dharma is not contradictory: There have been many sages in different periods to give birth to Sanatan religion. The said sages are called vision. That is, what said the truth, what said. That's why all the sages are uniformity. Which can not understand the things of the said sages, they distinguish them. Disting is in languages, translators occur, in cultures, it happens in traditions, in principles, but not in truth. Vedas says God is unbelievers. He never needed to be born, he never took birth and he will never be born. God is the same but the goddess or God is many. Depending on the above, the rules, worship, pilgrimage etc. are not considered to be part of Sanatan Dharma. This is the eternal truth.

डोरवेल बहुत ही संकोच में बजाई गयी थी,

सबकी डोरवेल बजाने की स्टाइल अलग अलग ही होती है।
वैसे भी 45 दिन से अधिक चल रहे अज्ञातवास में न कोई दोस्त आ रहे न कोई रिश्तेदार।

गेट पर जाकर देखा तो मोहल्ले के मंदिर के पुजारी वयोवृद्ध पंडित जी खड़े थे।
चरण स्पर्श भी नहीं कर सकते थे,
(social distance जो मेंटेन करना था) 
सो ससंकोच दूर से ही करबद्ध सादर प्रणाम किया।
उन्होंने आशीर्वाद देते हुये पुराने किन्तु साफ-सुथरे थैले से मंदिर का प्रसाद निकाल कर दिया।
हम दोनों मुँह में गमछा लपेटे एक दूसरे को देख रहे थे।
पंडित जी ने कहा कि अक्षय तृतीया भी व्यतीत हो गयी, आज मंगलवार था,
पर आप नहीं आए। 
हमने वर्तमान परिस्थिति स्पष्ट करते हुये समझाना चाहा कि स्थिति आप देख ही रहे हैं। अब तो भगवान जब सब ठीक ठाक करेंगे तभी आना होगा।

डोरवेल बहुत ही संकोच में बजाई गयी थी,
तो मैं चौंका!!
कौन होगा..?🤔
दाई, नौकर, ड्राइवर,धोबी, दादा,
या सब्जी वाला!!
सबकी डोरवेल बजाने की स्टाइल अलग अलग ही होती है।
वैसे भी 45 दिन से अधिक चल रहे अज्ञातवास में न कोई दोस्त आ रहे न कोई रिश्तेदार।

गेट पर जाकर देखा तो मोहल्ले के मंदिर के पुजारी वयोवृद्ध पंडित जी खड़े थे।
चरण स्पर्श भी नहीं कर सकते थे,

सो ससंकोच दूर से ही करबद्ध सादर प्रणाम किया।
उन्होंने आशीर्वाद देते हुये पुराने किन्तु साफ-सुथरे थैले से मंदिर का प्रसाद निकाल कर दिया।
