धर्म अपने वास्तविक स्वरूप में प्रकट होगा। उस के प्रसार प्रतिपादन का ठेका किसी वेश या वंश विशेष पर न रह जायेगा। सम्प्रदाय वादियों के डेरे उखड़ जायेंगे, उन्हें मुफ्त के गुलछर्रे उड़ाने की सुविधा छिनती दीखेगी तो कोई उपयोगी धंधा अपना कर भले मानसों की तरह आजीविका उपार्जित करेंगे। तब उत्कृष्ट चरित्र, परिष्कृत ज्ञान एवं लोक मंगल के लिए प्रस्तुत किया गया अनुदान ही किसी सम्मानित या श्रद्धास्पद बना सकेगा पाखण्ड पूजा के बल पर जीने वाले उलूक उस दिवा प्रकाश से भौंचक होकर देखेंगे और किसी कोंटर में बैठे दिन गुजारेंगे। अज्ञानान्धकार में जो पौ बारह रहती थी उन अतीत की स्मृतियों को वे ललचाई दृष्टि से सोचते चाहते तो रहेंगे पर फिर समय लौटकर कभी आ न सकेगा।
अगले दिनों ज्ञानतंत्र ही धर्म तंत्र होगा। चरित्र निर्माण और लोक मंगल की गति विधियाँ धार्मिक कर्म काण्डों का स्थान ग्रहण करेंगी। तब लोग प्रतिमा पूजक देव मन्दिर बनाने की तुलना में पुस्तकालय विद्यालय जैसे ज्ञान मंदिर बनाने को महत्व देंगे तीर्थ-यात्राओं और ब्रह्मभोजों में लगने वाला धन लोक शिक्षण की भाव भरी सत्प्रवृत्तियों के लिए अर्पित किया जायगा। कथा पुराणों की कहानियाँ तब उतनी आवश्यक न मानी जाएंगी जितनी जीवन समस्याओं को सुलझाने वाली प्रेरणाप्रद अभिव्यंजनाएं। धर्म अपने असली स्वरूप में निखर कर आयेगा और उसके ऊपर चढ़ी हुई सड़ी गली केंचुली उतर कर कूड़े करकट के ढेर में जा गिरेगी।
ज्ञान तन्त्र वाणी और लेखनी तक ही सीमित न रहेगा वरन् उसे प्रचारात्मक रचनात्मक एवं संघर्षात्मक कार्यक्रमों के साथ बौद्धिक नैतिक और सामाजिक क्रान्ति के लिए प्रयुक्त किया जायगा। साहित्य, संगीत, कला के विभिन्न पक्ष विविध प्रकार से लोक शिक्षण का उच्चस्तरीय प्रयोजन पूरा करेंगे। जिनके पास प्रतिभा है जिनके पास सम्पदा है वे उससे स्वयं लाभान्वित होने के स्थान पर समस्त समाज को समुन्नत करने के लिए समर्पित करेंगे।
(1) एकता (2) समता (3) ममता और (4) शुचिता नव निर्माण के चार भावनात्मक आधार होंगे।
एक विश्व, एक राष्ट्र एक भाषा, एक धर्म, एक आचार, एक संस्कृति के आधार पर समस्त मानव प्राणी एकता के रूप में बँधेंगे। विश्व बन्धुत्व की भावना उभरेगी और वसुधैव कुटुम्बकम का आदर्श सामने रहेगा। तब देश, धर्म भाषा वर्ण आदि के नाम पर मनुष्य मनुष्य के बीच दीवारें खड़ी न की जा सकेंगी। अपने वर्ग के लिए नहीं समस्त विश्व के हित साधन की दृष्टि से ही समस्याओं पर विचार किया जायगा।
जाति या लिंग के कारण किसी को ऊँचा या किसी को नीचा न ठहरा सकेंगे छूत अछूत का प्रश्न न रहेगा। गोरी चमड़ी वाले काले लोगों से श्रेष्ठ होने का दावा न करेंगे और ब्राह्मण हरिजन से ऊँचा न कहलायेगा। गुण कर्म स्वभाव सेवा एवं बलिदान ही किसी के सम्मानित होने के आधार बनेंगे जाति या वंश नहीं। इसी प्रकार नारी से नर श्रेष्ठ है उसे अधिक अधिकार प्राप्त है ऐसी मान्यता हट जायगी। दोनों के कर्तव्य और अधिकार एक होंगे। प्रति बन्ध या मर्यादायें दोनों पर समान स्तर की लागू होंगी। प्राकृतिक सम्पदाओं पर सब का अधिकार होगा। पूँजी समाज की होगी। व्यक्ति अपनी आवश्यकतानुसार उसमें से प्राप्त करेंगे और सामर्थ्यानुसार काम करेंगे। न कोई धनपति होगा न निर्धन। मृतक उत्तराधिकार में केवल परिवार के असमर्थ सदस्य ही गुजारा प्राप्त कर सकेंगे। हट्टे-कट्टे और कमाऊ बेटे बाप के उपार्जन के दावेदार न बन सकेंगे, वह बचत राष्ट्र की सम्पदा होगी इस प्रकार धनी और निर्धन के बीच का भेद समाप्त करने वाली समाज वादी व्यवस्था समस्त विश्व में लागू होगी। हराम खोरी करते रहने पर भी गुलछर्रे उड़ाने की सुविधा किसी को न मिलेगी। व्यापार सहकारी समितियों के हाथ में होगा, ममता केवल कुटुम्ब तक सीमित न रहेगी वरन् वह मानव मात्र की परिधि लाँघते हुए प्राणिमात्र तक विकसित होगी। अपना और दूसरों का दुख सुख एक जैसा अनुभव होगा। तब न तो माँसाहार की छूट रहेगी और न पशु−पक्षियों के साथ निर्दयता बरतने की। ममता और आत्मीयता के बन्धनों में बँधे हुए सब लोग एक दूसरे को प्यार और सहयोग प्रदान करेंगे।
